 Upon entering
the front door is a small foyer containing the coat closet. The first room
you encounter is the living room. This contains 4 large windows
overlooking the street, side yard, and the central gated patio. |

Adjacent to
the living room is the dining room. This room provides access to the
central patio which leads to the side yard. On the other side is the door
leading to the kitchen. Directly ahead is the hallway going to the bedroom
and bath areas. |

The third
bedroom, the beige room, can also double as an entertainment room. Besides
the two windows looking into the patio and side yard, this room offers a
built-in bookcase ideal for your books, videos, CDs. |

Sporting two
windows, the guest bedroom or green room, with its westerly exposure
brings in the afternoon light. Appropriately this room overlooks the newly
planted grassy area in the backyard. |

The gold room
is the master bedroom. The two windows overlook the back yard and is
located between the other two bedrooms. The gold room
contains a half bath consisting of the toilet and sink. |

The main
bathroom is located next to the green room and at the end of the hall from
the beige room. In addition to the necessities, this contains a bathtub
and a separate shower stall. |

The roomy
kitchen features a gas stove, stainless steel sink with garbage disposer,
dish washer, and a brand new refrigerator with ice maker.
One door leads to the dining room. The other door leads
to the stairs going down to the garage or up to the bonus room. |

An entire
wall of the bonus room is devoted to a built-in book case. Many cabinets
throughout the room contain additional storage space making this room
ideal for a game room or an office. |

The back yard
has a new lawn area, meandering planter boxes, a corner area ideal for a picnic table.
Access to the back yard is through the side yards, either from
the garage or the gated patio. |

The
landscaped side yard is a lush tropical paradise with lattice work keeping
you cool in those hot sunny days. |

And finally
we have the gated patio that is between the front and back parts of the
house and connects the house to the side yard. These pictures are from the
