in the guest bedroom allow for flexibility in sleeping arrangements.
Besides the window looking out towards the marina this room also has its
own private balcony with ocean views. |

balconies provide extra light to the master bedroom and the private hot
tub is just outside the sliding door. The large walk in closet may also be
used as a dressing area. |

The 4th floor
of the complex provides extra deep balconies for relaxing or entertaining.
The private hot tub can easily hold two people and still have plenty of
room for your rubber ducky. |

from the balcony you see the little children's play area and the snack bar
if you get the munchies while at the pool. |

Just beyond
the pool and right before the public access beach area we have our
complex's private grass and beach area. |

to the two tennis courts, there is now a new glass enclosed, air
conditioned, gym area located on the 4th floor by the elevators. |
